Inspection & Notification

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If goods are damaged or incorrect, notify us in writing within 5 working days. For postal damage, you must notify us within 24 hours, as we have to comply with An Post postage terms. Failure to notify us within these timeframes indicates acceptance of the goods. While we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery dates, these are not guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from unexpected delays. All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to you upon receipt.

Returning Items

If you are returning items at your own expense, please use a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility otherwise. Clearly mark the package with the order number we issued you.

If returned items are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s handling, costs may be incurred. Refunds or exchanges, including for faulty goods, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items at our office. If goods are not returned after cancellation, their cost may be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 48-72 hours for the refund to appear in your account. Any unpaid postage fees will be deducted from the refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
